• Execute efficient and high-quality installation of various HVAC systems, including ductless mini-splits, multi-zone, and central ducted systems, following blueprints and specifications.
• Handle and install all necessary components, including refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, ductwork, and equipment, ensuring compliance with all codes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform system start-ups and testing to verify proper operation, airflow, and refrigerant charge, addressing any issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites, ensuring safety protocols are always followed.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the installation process, answering questions and ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will have a strong diagnostic ability, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration problems in residential and light commercial settings.
• Perform expert repairs and replacements of defective components and entire units, ensuring systems are restored to optimal performance and efficiency
• Conduct comprehensive preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, identifying potential issues before they become major problems and extending system lifespan.
• Provide clear, concise explanations to customers regarding diagnoses, repair options, and recommended solutions, building trust and ensuring informed decisions.
• Maintain detailed service records for all work performed, including parts used, hours worked, and specific issues addressed, while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
